Changing behaviour: Agents4Change workshop

5 September 2013

Brussels Mobility hosted a workshop to present LaMiLo and share ideas on 5 September at 12.30pm in the CCN building, Brussels North, Brussels.

The focus of the workshop was to showcase Brussels investment to create a coordination centre for sustainable distribution of goods within Brussels city centre.

The Agent4Change workshop brought together representatives from across the transport freight industry to learn more about behaviour change and urban logistics in urban distribution centres. It also identified what had to be done to influence and change the current user behaviour patterns in order to effect better last mile logistics operations. This was achieved through sharing knowledge and best practice on what works and what doesn’t to ensure user behaviour patterns play a greater role in influencing urban distribution.

Brussels Mobility outlined the freight strategy for the Brussels investment as part of the LaMiLo project. This was followed by break out workshop sessions. A number of other LaMiLo partners also attended the event in order to contribute to the discussions.
