Project evaluation

Using the sustainability indicators, an evaluation framework will be created to assess the impact of the LaMiLo project demonstrators. The evaluation plan will be based those conducted by past EU and logistics projects, and will aim to analyse both the environmental and socio-economic impact of the project. The results of the demonstrator projects will be reviewed, and where appropriate, recommendations will be provided for future last mile logistic strategies.

  • Evaluation plan, setting out what criteria will be measured and a draft reporting structure
  • Mid-term term evaluation report, showing a snap-shot of project activities, and progress against the evaluation criteria
  • Final evaluation report, covering the impact of the project demonstrators, an analysis of the impact the project has made on the sustainability indicators, and a general review of project management and delivery.

The final evaluation report was completed in August 2015. For more information on the on the LaMiLo project evaluation, please contact: TU Dortmund.
